DIAmonds는 동덕여자대학교의 유학생 도우미 지원제도로서, 외국인 유학생과 동덕여대 학생을 매칭하여 학교생활 및 한국문화에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램입니다. 유학생들에게 수강신청, 도서관이용, 학생증 발급 등 학교생활에 대한 것뿐만 아니라, 통장 및 핸드폰 개설, 생활용품 구입 등 유학생들이 한국생활에 적응하는데 필요한 전반적인 지원을 합니다.

DIAmonds is a student support program at Dongduk Women’s University designed to assist international students in adapting to both campus life and Korean culture. The program pairs international students with Dongduk students, enabling effective guidance and cultural exchange. It provides not only academic and administrative support—such as course registration, library use, and student ID issuance—but also practical assistance essential for daily life in Korea, including bank account setup, mobile phone registration, and the purchase of household necessities.

동덕여자대학교는 외국인 유학생에게 다양한 장학금을 제공합니다. 학부 입학 시 모든 입학생은 '글로벌리더장학금'을 통해 등록금의 40%를 감면 받을 수 있습니다. 재학생의 경우 교내외 활동 참여 시 마일리지가 지급되며 획득한 마일리지에 따라 '국제마일리지장학금'을 받게 됩니다. 또한 학생 인턴으로 교내 행정부서 및 학과에서 근로한 재학생에게 '글로벌교내인턴장학금'이 지급됩니다. 대학원 유학생의 경우 재학생 전원이 수업료의 50%를 감면 받을 수 있으며 한국어교육원 수강생의 경우 지급 조건에 따라 소정의 장학금이 지급됩니다.

Dongduk Women’s University offers a variety of scholarships for international students. At the undergraduate level, all incoming students are granted a Global Leader Scholarship, which provides a 40% reduction in tuition fees. For continuing students, participation in on- and off-campus activities is rewarded through a mileage system, and accumulated points qualify students for the International Mileage Scholarship. In addition, the Global On-Campus Internship Scholarship is awarded to enrolled students who serve as interns within administrative offices or academic departments.
At the graduate level, all international students receive a 50% reduction in tuition fees. Furthermore, international students enrolled in the Korean Language Education Center may be eligible for designated scholarships according to specific conditions.

우리대학 기숙사는 외국 유학생들에게 안정된 주거 환경을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 합니다. 교내 기숙사의 경우 본교 교정 내에 위치하고 있어 안전하고, 수업 및 각종 교내 활동 참여에도 수월합니다. 뿐만 아니라 관내에 독서실, 휘트니스센터, 커뮤니티룸, 옥외정원 등 차별화된 시설과 관생들만을 위한 다양한 프로그램도 운영하고 있습니다. 교외 기숙사의 경우 학교에서 버스로 한 번에 이동할 수 있으며, 관내 및 주변에 많은 편의시설이 위치해 있어 쾌적하고 편안한 주거환경을 접할 수 있습니다.

The dormitories of Dongduk Women’s University are designed to provide international students with a secure and stable residential environment. The on-campus dormitories, located within the university grounds, ensure safety and offer convenient access to classes as well as various campus activities. In addition, they feature distinctive facilities such as study halls, fitness centers, community rooms, and outdoor gardens, alongside diverse programs exclusively for residents.
The off-campus dormitories are easily accessible by a direct bus from the university and are surrounded by numerous amenities, thereby providing students with a comfortable and convenient living environment.

숭인관 2층에 위치한 글로벌라운지는 외국인 유학생 전용공간으로서, 유학생의 교류와 학습지원, 그리고 인터넷 사용 등의 서비스를 제공합니다. 아울러 유학생들을 위한 다양한 특강과 사교 프로그램을 진행함으로써 한국에서의 유학생활이 보다 편안하고 즐거울 수 있도록 돕습니다.

Located on the second floor of Sungin Hall, the Global Lounge serves as a dedicated space for international students. It provides opportunities for (cultural and academic exchange), learning support, and internet access. In addition, the lounge hosts a variety of special lectures and social programs designed to ensure that international students experience a more comfortable and enjoyable life in Korea.

유학생들이 한국과 한국문화를 이해할 수 있도록 다양한 다양한 문화수업과 견학 프로그램을 실시합니다. 본교 재학생들로 구성된 동아리에 참여하여 다양한 교류를 할 수 있으며, 본교 축제에 참가하여 한국의 대학문화를 체험할 수 있습니다. 또한 한국어교육원 학생의 경우 대학진학에 도움이 될 수 있도록 본교 학위과정의 전공수업 참관과 교수님들의 진로 특강 프로그램을 제공합니다.

To enhance international students’ understanding of Korea and Korean culture, Dongduk Women’s University offers a wide range of cultural courses and field trip programs. International students may also join student clubs composed of local undergraduates, thereby engaging in diverse exchanges, and they are encouraged to participate in campus festivals to experience Korean university culture firsthand.
Furthermore, for students enrolled in the Korean Language Education Center, the university provides opportunities to audit major courses within its degree programs and attend career development lectures delivered by faculty members, thereby supporting their future academic advancement.
